Introduction/History:
Castle Hill Farm is located in Newtown Connecticut and has been owned
and operated by the Paproski family for over 3 generations. Over the past
60 years, the farm has produced an abundant supply of dairy products and produce.
Castle Hill Farm at one time was the second largest supplier of dairy products in
Fairfield County. The farm is approximately 100+ acres in size and is known to be
a fun and educational attraction of many fall activities.
The Fall Season:
Fall is a very special time of the year at Castle Hill Farm. The farm features a
Corn Maze, Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch, scenic Hay Rides, *Pony Rides (Call Ahead),
Farm Animals that you can pet and photograph with.

Visiting Castle Hill Farm is a great opportunity to learn all about farming, corn, cows,
and the milk they produced which served multiple purposes in the dairy industry. After the
tour, picnic tables are available for everyone to enjoy a snack, or your lunch while viewing
the beautiful farm surroundings.
